Our Coffee

We use a 100% Arabica Organic Fair Trade coffee.

The Organic blend is characterised by a bright acidity, rich sweetness with a medium body. The aroma is of pungent sweet fruit, and the flavours have a chocolaty character.  The long, smooth aftertaste is of fruit and chocolate, leaving the mouth with a rich velvety coating.
